Directory Synchronization
Automatically assign and revoke SaaS licenses for new hires and departing employees.
If your organization uses Google Workspace or Active Directory, any updates made to the primary directory—such as user additions or removals—are reflected in connected SaaS applications.
For example, when a user is added to your Google Workspace directory, they can be automatically provisioned in Slack. Similarly, when a user is removed from the directory, access to Slack will also be automatically revoked.

If a provisioning API is available, PoPs can retrieve the user list from the SaaS admin console and compare it with your organization’s directory—helping you identify who is using what.
