Google Workspace is one of more than 140 SaaS linked to POPs, and POPs is a SaaS management platform based on SSO and secondary authentication. SaaS management platforms provide central management console functionality to discover, manage, automate, and optimize SaaS used by employees.
POPs allow employees to check the SaaS authorized by the organization's administrator at a glance, and allows them to log in and use all authorized SaaS with a single account. It also makes it easy to manage users; customers with existing directories can synchronize users through LDAP and Google Workspace directory integration. You can select specific users to sync manually, or set policies to automatically sync on a regular basis. In addition to users, organizational units in a directory can be imported synchronously.
Previously, the list of users assigned SaaS was checked separately, but POPs allow you to view the list of users in one place. You can view a comprehensive list and number of users assigned to SaaS in various ways. Through this, you can gain insights to increase the use and efficiency of SaaS.
